STUFFED SEA SHELLS 
Spaghetti sauce with or without hamburger
Lg. sea shell noodles
8 oz. ricotta cheese
3 oz. pkg. Parmesan cheese
Dash parsley
1 egg

Start the noodles to boiling and while that is done, mix the cheese and the parsley and the egg together and refrigerate. When the noodles are done, drain and run under cold water, when they are cool enough to handle, then stuff the shells with the cheese mixture and put in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover the noodles with the sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
