SEA SHELL SALAD 
1 lb. lg. sea shells, cooked
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, diced
1/4 lb. hard salami, diced
2 green peppers, chopped
1 can black olive, cut in half or quartered
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

For dressing, mix vinegar and oil, oregano and salt. Mix with salad well.
