SEA SHELLS AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion
1 lb. can drained sauerkraut
1 (4 oz.) can cut mushrooms
2 c. sm. sea shell macaroni

Melt butter with onion until brown. Add sauerkraut and mushrooms. Cook macaroni and drain. In a 9 x 12 inch casserole, layer with 1/2 macaroni, then 1/2 sauerkraut mixture. Then 1/2 macaroni and sauerkraut mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
