KAREN'S CABBAGE SOUP 
1 pound ground beef (browned and crumbled, drain)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 cabbage sliced
5 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup rice (instant or not)
garlic powder
1 small onion, sliced
Water

Put the ground beef in soup pan and brown and drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, adding water in last, using just enough to cover veggies. Stir in beef cubes, garlic powder and rice. Cover and cook on medium (simmer) for 1 hour, until cabbage and onion are soft.
