VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, cut into 2-inch strips
3/4 c. carrot strips
1 c. green beans, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca

Mix all ingredients; place in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
