LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water; cool. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Punch holes in cake 1" apart. Pour topping over cake. TOPPING: 2 cups powdered sugar thinned with lemon juice.
