CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
4 whole breasts, skinned & boned
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sherry
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese or more
Minced onion, about 1 tbsp.

Arrange chicken in 2 quart buttered baking dish. Combine soups and sherry, cheese and onions. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
