PIZZELLE 
2 c. oil
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 dozen eggs
1 tsp. anise oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
7-8 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Mixture should resemble pancake batter. Pour 1 tablespoon of mixture on center of pizzelle machine. Press top of machine down and hold for 20 seconds. Using a fork, lift waffle out of machine and lay flat on a tray until cool.
