PIZZELLE'S 
6 med. eggs (or lg.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. anise extract or oil
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 lemon rind, grated or 1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tbsp. anise seed
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually until smooth. Add oil. Stir in anise, vanilla extract, etc. Stir together flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture until smooth. Place individual portions in pizzelle baking pan until brown.
