LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 pt. carton cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are best)
2/3 c. Best Foods mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in one cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup ice water. Refrigerate until almost set. Beat with a rotary beater until light and fluffy. Beat in mayonnaise. Fold in cottage cheese, pineapple, and nuts. Return to refrigerator and chill until set.
