SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 bunches of asparagus
Salt & pepper to taste
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Make white sauce with milk, flour, butter and salt and pepper. Add egg yolks and asparagus. Pour mixture into baking dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly and lightly browned.
