GUMBO PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. wet mustard
Garlic salt
1 1/2 cans chicken gumbo soup

Lay pork chops in flat pan, close together. Spread wet mustard on each chop and sprinkle with a little garlic salt. Pour soup over it. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
