MOM'S GUMBO PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken gumbo soup
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown chops in large frying pan. Pour can of gumbo soup over chops and 1/2 can of water. Simmer until chop tender and soup thickens and flavors chops. Serve and enjoy.
