MOM'S SKILLET PORK CHOP DINNER 
1 tbsp. oil
4 pork chops
2 onions, peeled & quartered
4 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In medium size skillet, in hot oil, brown pork chops over medium heat. Add onions and potatoes. Place green pepper strips on top. Mix together ketchup, water, wine and lemon juice. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
