SOUR CREAM SALAD | |
16 oz. Imo or sour cream 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 mashed banana 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into cupcake papers in a muffin tray or an 8-inch square pan and freeze. Set out 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve on lettuce leaf topped with mandarin orange slices. Good with ham dinner! |
