BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. sweet milk
5 eggs, if small use 6
1 or 2 tbsp. butternut flavoring

Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Add milk and flour on low speed until mixed well. Add flavoring and bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
