EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 box 10x powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Spread the nuts on the bottom of pan and then layer the coconut. Mix cake according to the directions on box and pour over the coconut. Melt the butter and add in the cream cheese; blend it until it is fluffy. Add the powdered sugar slowly and continue blending. (I use a small electric mixer on low speed.) Pour this on top of the cake mix and spread it around slightly, mixing into the cake.

Bake for 45 minutes. It will have craters in it when done. Cool and enjoy.
