HASH BROWN DELIGHT 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 c. American or Cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place hash browns in bottom, top with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
