HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown frozen potatoes
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place hash browns in dish. Combine and melt sour cream, cheese, soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Cover with corn flakes and drizzle with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
