HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag hash browns, frozen
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
5 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper

Thaw hash browns, mix all ingredients together and pour into greased dish. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
