HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 stick melted butter 1 sm. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup Salt and pepper to taste Mix together well. Top with paprika and more shredded Cheddar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (If hash browns are thawed, it takes about an hour). |
