SORAMAME TOJI AGE 
1/2 sheet Hira Yuba (flat soy bean extract)
12 horsebeans
12 strips Hayani Kobu, cut into narrow strips
Oil
Salt

Cut yuba into 12 - 5 cm. square. Soften the kobu wrapped in wet cloth. Remove shell from beans. Boil in salted water. Peel the skin from each bean. Wrap each bean with yuba and tie with kobu strip. Slowly deep fry the bean in medium hot oil. Sprinkle salt lightly and serve. (3 beans to each individual)
