FRENCH LEMON PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 pastry shell
1/2 c. whipping cream

Beat eggs well; add corn syrup, lemon peel, lemon juice, and melted butter. Combine sugar and flour; stir into egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pastry shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Chill. To serve, whip cream; spoon onto pie.
