ROAST POTATOES 
4 potatoes, scrubbed and halved
2 tsp. olive oil
Garlic powder
Powdered rosemary
Black pepper
1/4 c. water

Brush potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and black pepper. Arrange cut side up in shallow roasting pan. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan. Roast at 375 degrees for 40-60 minutes, or until tender.
