GARVIS' CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 tsp. poppy seed 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter Boil and bone chicken. Place in large Pyrex dish. Combine soup, sour cream, poppy seed and 1/2 stack Ritz crackers. Pour over chicken. Spread other stack Ritz crackers over chicken mixture and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot. |
