SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix ingredients slightly and form into balls, place in a 2-quart casserole.

Mix: 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Spread this over the meat balls and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
