PORK CHOP DELUXE 
4 to 6 pork chops, browned on both sides
Potatoes, carrots, celery (enough for your family size), cut into pieces
1 onion, if desired
1 can mushroom soup

Put pork chops in electric skillet. Put potatoes, carrots, celery and onion on top of them. Mix soup with 1 can of water, pour over top of vegetables. Cook on low setting until tender.
