BIG DINNER CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. celery
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 tsp. soy sauce
2 cans tomato soup

Cook meat, onions, celery and green pepper in hot fat until onions are done. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and tomato soup. Heat to boiling. Add noodles and pour into a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
