LIVER TERIYAKI 
Liver
2 tbsp. sugar
Water
1/4 c. soy sauce
Garlic salt

Boil above ingredients together, except liver The water amount is variable, depending on the amount fixed. Cut liver in 1-inch squares. Roll in flour and brown with 1 cut-up diced onion. Brown well, add soy sauce mixture, and steam 30 to 60 minutes. Use over cooked rice, potatoes, etc.

HINT: Try browning the liver and then slow cooking with soy sauce mixture in a crockpot.
