ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, and vanilla. Mix. Fold in nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

FILLING:

6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 egg

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla, and egg. Fold in chips and nuts. Spread over base. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle on marshmallows. Return to oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and frost immediately.

FROSTING:

Melt together: 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Add: 1 tsp. vanilla 2 oz. cream cheese 3 c. powdered sugar
