ROCKY ROADS BARS 
12 double graham crackers
2 to 3 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. salted peanuts (or few more)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla

Arrange graham crackers in single layer in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows, then chocolate chips and peanuts. In small pan, mix butter and sugar. Cook and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla. Drizzle evenly over crackers and toppings. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cut into bars after cooling. Store covered in refrigerator.
