QUICHE PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. bacon crumbs
1/4 c. cooked vegetables
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 c. onions

Sprinkle cheese and vegetables into pie shell. Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture over cheese and vegetables. Bake in preheated oven at 275 degrees F. for about 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Serves 6.
