MOCK CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
16 oz. croutons
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tsp. sage

Spread ground beef in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with onion and sage. Spread croutons over the top. Mix melted butter and soups together and spread over croutons. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
