3 c. shredded zucchini
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease 9x13 inch baking dish with lots of butter. Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
