HELEN'S COCONUT PECAN SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut, tossed with 1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Cream crust ingredients and press into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly golden.

Beat eggs until frothy. Add brown sugar and beat until stiff. Add pecans and coconut tossed with flour. Add vanilla and salt and mix well. Spread over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees until set, about 30 minutes.
