KELLY'S PEANUT BUTTER CHIP CHOCOLATE BROWNIES | |
3 cups white sugar 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 4 eggs 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. salt 1 cup Reese's peanut butter chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips (your choice) 1 tsp. baking soda Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly Grease 9x12 inch baking dish. Combine sugar, melted butter and vanilla in large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time, mix well. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into separate large bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into egg mixture until blended. Stir in chips of your choice. Spread batter into baking pan. Note: I spread an additional 1/2 cup of chips on the top of batter (chocolate or peanut butter). Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until top is dry and edges are pulling away from side of pan. Let cool and enjoy! Submitted by: Kelly |
