20 soda crackers
1/2 c. butter
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Roll crackers fine. Add butter and mix. Press into 5"x8" Pyrex pan. Beat egg whites stiff and add sugar, vinegar and vanilla. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool, then spread on 1 (No. 1) can drained crushed pineapple. Mix 1/2 pint whipped cream, little sugar. Spread over pineapple and sprinkle with nuts. Chill. Serves 8 to 10.
