PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs; add sugar, then add oil. Beat well. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt slowly and beat well on low speed. Add pumpkin until thoroughly mixed. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and cool.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla OR
1 tsp. lemon juice (depends on how sweet you want)

Cream cheese and butter slowly, then add sugar and vanilla. Ice cake. Keep cake in cool place.
