CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 lb. can cranberries, whole
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. water (boiling)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. walnuts

Heat and dissolve cranberries. Add boiling water to Jello and dissolve. Add lemon juice and salt. Add mayonnaise and beat until fluffy. Add diced apple and walnuts. Place in mold and chill until firm.
