Meat tenderizer (non seasons) La Choy soy sauce Onion powder Garlic powder Put meat tenderizer, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides of meat. Then moisten both sides with La Choy soy sauce. Take a fork and poke the meat on both sides to work the ingredients down into the meat. Put meat on cook sheet or cake pan and cover. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Then take out, repoke with fork, leave out of refrigerator 1 hour before cooking on grill. (Meat should be poked everyday to help the ingredients absorb into meat.) |
