BRUSCHETTA WITH HAM AND CHEESE | |
6 thick slices (1 inch) of Italian bread 1 clove garlic, crushed and peeled 2 tbsp. olive oil 6 thin slices smoked ham 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated Preheat broiler. Toast slices until golden. Rub garlic on slices, then drizzle with oil. Top with ham and cheese. Broil until cheese is browned lightly, 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6. |
