GERMAN SALAD DRESSING | |
Dice 6 slices bacon - saute until brown - in large bowl. Beat 2 eggs. Stir 1 tablespoon flour into 3/4 cup sugar; add to eggs. Mix together 3/4 cup white vinegar and 3/4 cup water; add to egg mixture. Pour into bacon and cook on low heat; stir until thickened. This can be served hot or cold over Endive, lettuce or any type of greens, dandelions, etc. |
