CELERY AND PARSLEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. minced parsley
1 c. chopped celery
2 eggs, yolks and whites beaten separately
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine above ingredients, folding in the stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake for 1 hour in greased casserole or baking dish. Serve with mushrooms a la king.
