OLD-FASHIONED HOT POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped pickle
1 tbsp. salad dressing

Boil potatoes until tender and mash with potato masher. Add vinegar, mustard, sugar and butter and beat well. Add the eggs, celery, onion, pickle and salad dressing; mix lightly. Serve immediately. Mayonnaise may be substituted for salad dressing, if desired.
