BACH'S EGG CASSEROLE 
1 dozen eggs
1 lb. bacon or sausage
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms (or sliced fresh)
Grated cheddar cheese (1-2 c.)
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. chopped onion

Fry bacon and crumble or cook sausage and dice. Saute onion and green pepper. Scramble eggs (using a bit of milk). Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees until warm and cheese has melted.
