KATHLEEN'S EGG DISH 
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
8 slices white bread
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cook and drain sausage, set aside. Mix 1 1/2 cups milk with the eggs. In a separate bowl mix 1 1/4 cups milk with dry mustard and mushroom soup. In a rectangular baking pan layer bread, cheese, sausage, egg mix, and soup mix in that order. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour or 1 1/2 hours if frozen.

NOTE: This dish tastes salty to some. If you wish to reduce salt, substitute hamburger for sausage and use low salt cheese.
