CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. chopped meat (fine)
1/4 c chopped sweet pickles (fine)
1/4 c. chopped onions (fine)
1/4 c. or more salad dressing, enough to mix salad (not to be dry)
Salt and pepper to taste

CHICKEN PUFFS:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped Swiss cheese

Melt butter in 1/4 cup boiling water, add flour and a dash of salt. Cook and stir until mix forms a ball that won't separate. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add egg and beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and spread dough on a greased cookie sheet for each puff. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool. Slice in half. Fill with chicken salad. Refrigerate.
