CHICKEN PUFFS 
DOUGH:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

SALAD FILLING:

6 to 8 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice

Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and dash of salt; stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beat vigorously until smooth after each one. Drop dough onto greased baking sheet, using 1 level teaspoon dough for each puff. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes; do not underbake. Remove puffs from oven; cool and split. Fill each puff with chicken salad.
