1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
2 eggs
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. meat (ham, chicken, bacon)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (9") pie crust brushed with oil

Mix spinach souffle with eggs, cheese, meat and onion. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
