PEACHY FRUIT FLUFF 
1 (3 oz.) peach Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. diced cantaloupe, drain well

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water. Chill until very thick, but not set. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy and thick like whipped cream. Fold in fruit, chill. Serves 6.
